Application Process
FSPA is seeking to enroll 25 of the country’s most exceptional dancers each year. The school is looking for candidates who have a strong passion and desire to study dance as a holistic subject on a professional level.
Candidates are expected to have at least 1-2 years of experience in any dance form. The application process has 3 rounds of selection.

Round 1:
Online Application Form Submission
The application form has 2 long-format essay questions. The recruitment team at FSPA is looking to learn as much as possible about you as an artist and your approach to dance. Please dedicate enough time for the application. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for the Phone interview round.
Round 2:
Phone Interview
Shortlisted applicants will receive an email with time-slots for the phone interview. The interview will be a 30-min call. The purpose of the interview will be to get to know the applicant better. The questions will be centered around background, interests and future goals. Candidates will be evaluated based on their clarity in thinking, articulation of ideas, and their ability to process and break-down information.
Round 3:
Live Auditions
The shortlisted applicants will be invited for live auditions at the FSPA studio in Mumbai. Candidates will receive an email with the audition date and reporting time. Dancers will be evaluated on 3 criteria: Skill, Technique and Willingness to learn. Our recruiting panel will get back to you within 2-3 weeks after your audition via call or email.
